This April, we’re beautifying everything we eat with edible flowers! Learn about types of flowers you can grow in Florida and use as a garnish, taste some pretty bites, and start your own edible flower pot to take home.
This enjoyable and interactive workshop will be led by one of our Culinary Educators, Dr. Laura Varich. She went from Radiologist to Lifestyle Medicine Physician when she discovered the immense power of food for preventing disease and protecting our health. She is passionate about sharing evidence-based information to propel you to your best health.
