Meet your Culinary Educator, Jessica Soliman

Jess began her career as a Food Science teacher and later worked in the corporate restaurant world, testing best practices and discovering helpful shortcuts in the kitchen. After transforming her own health through simple lifestyle changes, she went on to study Nutrition so she could help others feel that same shift. She’s passionate about making healthy food simple, flavorful, and fun through her service The Lifestyle Reset. Jess’s philosophy is simple: Brownies belong on the menu.
