Latin Flavors en la mesa
Chef Marly’s menu is rooted in Latin flavors, highlighting citrus, salt, acid, and a sweet finish inspired by her abuelita. The memories of her timeless recipes will inspire each course on the table, with a seasonal spin from fresh ingredients in the Culinary Garden. From Chef Marly—“Love is the first ingredient.”
Meet your Chef, Marly Matos
As an Orlando native, first-generation Cuban American Latina, and owner of The Gnarly Cuban, Marly’s mission is to keep her Cuban culture alive. She loves cafecito, conversation, and cooking for others—which is why she founded The Gnarly Cuban. Through food, Marly’s had the privilege of meeting incredible people and joining special tables like the one at The Kitchen House. When she’s not in the kitchen, you can catch Marly around town riding her bike or enjoying a new dish.
