Get a taste for volunteering at The Kitchen House with a morning in the garden, where you’ll help our team plant, prune, mulch, and more. We’ll share a garden-fresh snack and refreshment while learning about how to volunteer at garden-to-kitchen community programs, so you can get a head start on continuing your volunteer journey at The Kitchen House. Go home with a little garden harvest and recipe, and bring seeds or cuttings for a plant swap!
Know Before You Go: Come dressed in your gardening best (close-toed shoes, comfy athletic wear, and protection from the summer sun!) and bring your reusable water bottle. Bring seeds, plant starts, and plant cuttings to participate in a plant swap !
