Awaken your inner chef and transform the way you think about food in our monthly workshops, crafted for the culinarily curious.

From bold global flavors to creative twists on everyday meals, each session invites you to experiment with vibrant fruits and vegetables, explore new techniques, and embrace recipes that fit every table and lifestyle. With hands-on guidance and plenty of inspiration, you’ll leave ready to add a pinch of creativity and a dash of adventure to your kitchen.

This month’s Culinary Curiosities is a transformative celebration of the power and potential of plant-based ingredients in creating exceptional baked goods.  Throughout the class, you'll explore a variety of plant-based ingredients, from whole grains and nuts to fruits, vegetables, and herbs. With a focus on creativity and experimentation, this workshop is designed to empower participants with the knowledge and techniques needed to craft flavorful, satisfying baked goods that are not only better for personal health but also kind to the environment.

Meet our guest educator, Oprah Davidson.

Chef Oprah Davidson is an award-winning pastry chef, educator, and garden enthusiast who brings flavor and joy to every kitchen she enters.  Currently the Executive Pastry Chef at Interlachen Country Club in Winter Park, FL and a proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Oprah has earned accolades including first-place wins in America’s Best Raisin Bread Contest and the Perfect Puree Art of Flavor Competition. Her passion for sweets led her through iconic kitchens like Orlando’s Ritz-Carlton, NYC’s Institute of Culinary Education, and Christina Tosi’s Milk Bar.  Her love for the earth took her to the South of France through WOOF, where she explored the deep connection between food, nature, and well-being.  Born in Jamaica and raised in Queens, New York, Chef Davidson blends global experience with a love for nature to inspire joyful, creative, and therapeutic baking.

(EEE) periodically use photographs, video tape, or digital recordings of activities and events for positive promotional materials and as part of instructional programs in print material, social media and on our website.  I understand that EEE will not disclose names, identities, or personal information of any kind in association with the images.  I give permission to use attendees' photographs.

Release for Medical Liability

I understand I am attending this class at my own risk and release Edible Education Experience, Inc. from liability from damages arising from personal injury on or about the premises.
