Plot to Plate Book Club: Lessons in Chemistry 1/15/26

$75.00

From plot to plate, this unique book club brings stories to life through hands-on cooking and shared meals inspired by the stories we love.

Plot to Plate Book Club is where literary discussion meets culinary exploration. Participants come ready to dive into the flavors and themes of a featured book—first through hands-on cooking, then around the table with a shared meal and lively conversation. This experience invites you to taste the story, connect with others, and discover how food can deepen our understanding of narrative, culture, and community. Whether you're a passionate reader, a curious cook, or both, this immersive evening promises inspiration, creativity, and connection in every chapter—and every bite.

This month’s Book Club is Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus. Join us as we explore Elizabeth Zott’s unapologetic approach to science, cooking, and life. Participants will prepare dishes inspired by the book’s themes of empowerment, curiosity, and breaking conventions, then enjoy book club discussion around the table. We’ll share a meal that celebrates good food, great conversation, and the power of women who change the formula.
