Edible Education Experience welcomes you to attend our NEW veranda series called Simple Starts! At this workshop we are focusing on propagating herbs!
Herbs are one of the healthiest ingredients in our diet - and one of the easiest to grow, especially here in Central Florida! Whether you have one pot or a large garden space, you will enjoy growing your own herbs for a fresh addition to any meal.
In this interactive class, you will get acquainted with the different families of herbs, their growing conditions, and their health benefits. And you will learn how to grow herbs by propagation, an easy method to expand your garden for free. During this workshop you will have a chance to sample an herb-focused snack and get your hands dirty starting your own herb pot to take home.
This enjoyable and interactive workshop will be led by one of our Culinary Educators, Dr. Laura Varich. She went from Radiologist to Lifestyle Medicine Physician when she discovered the immense power of food for preventing disease and protecting our health. She is passionate about sharing evidence-based information to propel you to your best health.

(EEE) periodically use photographs, video tape, or digital recordings of activities and events for positive promotional materials and as part of instructional programs in print material, social media and on our website. I understand that EEE will not disclose names, identities, or personal information of any kind in association with the images. I give permission to use attendees' photographs.
