One Tray, One Dinner
We love a meal that comes out of the oven and straight onto the plate. At this month’s Weeknight Table, we’re making recipes that cook together on one sheet pan. They’re quick, delicious, and best of all–they don’t fill your sink with dishes! Enjoy a dinner you cooked in our kitchen, and go home with lots of inspiration for your own.
Meet your Culinary Educator, Camila Figueiredo
Camila’s adventures in the kitchen started at a young age, making banana brownies that resembled hockey pucks and inspired the only lie her mom ever told her: “They’re very good, honey!” As a Registered Dietitian, Camila’s love for finding the fun in food has flourished and integrated with a strong belief in the power of food in health and wellbeing. Camila is passionate about educating and empowering clients and communities to use food as a source of wellness, sustainability, and connection.
