A Summer Dinner Party
This month’s Chef Night will feel like a personal invitation to a summer dinner party. Chef Emily’s menu will be an introduction to her take on the season, as well as the direction she’s leading the Redlight Redlight kitchen. Focusing on whole ingredient cooking and the bounty that is summer produce, each course will bring the spirit of the pub with a touch of elegance.
Meet your Chef, Emily Kaneff
Chef Emily trained in Michelin-starred and James Beard–nominated kitchens including Rocca (Tampa), Kaya, and The Osprey, and now serves as head chef at Redlight Redlight Brewpub in the Audubon neighborhood. Emily describes her food as “laid-back luxury,” bringing fine-dining technique to approachable, pub-friendly dishes. She aims to introduce a fresh perspective to brewery cuisine while honoring the relaxed spirit of the pub.

Thank you for your purchase. Please note that all ticket sales for programs and events at The Kitchen House are final. Due to the planning and preparation required for each event, we do not to offer refunds or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Thank you.
In the event that a program is cancelled by The Kitchen House, all participants will be issued a full refund.
