A slow, beautiful summer morning designed for connection, creativity, and a little bit of garden magic.
Join us for a hands-on gardening experience where you and your child will explore, plant, taste, and create together in a relaxed, outdoor setting at The Kitchen House. This is not a structured class, it’s an opportunity to slow down, get your hands in the soil, and enjoy a meaningful shared experience alongside other families.
Throughout the morning, you’ll move through a mix of guided and open-ended activities designed to spark curiosity and play, while giving moms space to connect and enjoy the experience too.
A Morning in the Garden
Plant your own garden to take home
Explore the garden through sensory play and simple, hands-on activities
Enjoy a fresh, garden-inspired food experience
Connect with other moms and children in a welcoming, community-centered space
Meet your Garden Educator, Caitlyn Glatting
Caitlyn believes that a garden is more than just a place to grow food, it’s a classroom, a playground, and a powerful tool for teaching the next generation where their food comes from. She founded Grow Your Soul to help schools, families, and communities reconnect with food through hands-on gardening experiences. What started as a personal love for growing food became a mission to empower young people with the skills and confidence to cultivate their own. Caitlyn knows that when children get their hands in the soil, they’re not just learning how to grow vegetables—they’re learning patience, responsibility, and a lifelong appreciation for the environment.
