Awaken your inner chef and transform the way you think about food in our monthly workshops, crafted for the culinary curious.
From bold global flavors to creative twists on everyday meals, each session invites you to experiment with vibrant fruits and vegetables, explore new techniques, and embrace recipes that fit every table and lifestyle. With hands-on guidance and plenty of inspiration, you’ll leave ready to add a pinch of creativity and a dash of adventure to your kitchen.
At The Kitchen House, we build community around sustainable, whole foods by enjoying a communal meal we all cooked together.
No Gluten Necessary
Who says gluten-free has to mean flavor-free? In this hands-on class, we'll explore the art of crafting pasta from alternative flours, discovering how gluten-free ingredients behave differently in the dough—and how to work with each one for the best texture and taste. You'll learn techniques for mixing, kneading, and shaping dough that skips the gluten but keeps the satisfaction, then cook up a fresh batch to enjoy together. Whether you're gluten-free yourself or cooking for someone who is, you'll leave with the confidence to make pasta night work for everyone at the table.
Meet Your Culinary Educator, Jessica Soliman
Jess began her career as a Food Science teacher and later worked in the corporate restaurant world, testing best practices and discovering helpful shortcuts in the kitchen. After transforming her own health through simple lifestyle changes, she went on to study Nutrition so she could help others feel that same shift. She’s passionate about making healthy food simple, flavorful, and fun through her service The Lifestyle Reset. Jess’s philosophy is simple: Brownies belong on the menu. With the right swaps, your favorite foods can be both delicious and nourishing.
