Simple Starts is designed for anyone looking to take the first step in growing their own food—whether it’s herbs on a windowsill, edible flowers in a pot, or sprouts on a kitchen counter. With easy, approachable techniques, you’ll gain the confidence to grow something fresh, no matter your space or experience level. Because every Simple Start leads to something bigger.

Petals on your Plate

Brighten up your home cooked meals with home grown flowers! We’ll learn about the edible flowers that are easy to grow here in Florida, taste some petals on a garden snack, and plant a flower pot to take home. Enjoy a beautiful Saturday morning on our veranda and get inspired with easy ways to amp up the joy and connection in your own kitchen.
