Kappo at The Kitchen House
Juju’s kappo dining experience comes to The Kitchen House this August in celebration of their third anniversary serving serious Japanese flavor in the Milk District. Chef Lewis Lin heads this Michelin Guide recommended restaurant, where seasonality reigns and diners savor fresh and dry-aged sashimi. Join Chef Lewis and the Juju team as they craft a meticulous menu influenced by the seasonal growth at The Kitchen House.
Meet your chef, Lewis Lin
Chef Lewis was born in Taiwan and began his culinary journey in the kitchens of a Shanghai hotel in 2005. In 2018, he opened Orlando’s first izakaya, the retro-themed Susuru near Walt Disney World. Four years later, he launched Juju in the Milk District, offering both an izakaya dining room and kappo-style seven-seat omakase experience. Juju has maintained its Michelin recognition every year of service, and both Juju and Susuru have been honored as Best Japanese Restaurant in Orlando by the Orlando Sentinel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the program date to be eligible for a refund. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled program.
If a program does not meet the minimum enrollment of 10 participants by the registration close date, The Kitchen House reserves the right to cancel the program. In this case, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
