An Artful Collaboration
Join Chef Scott Copeland of The Chapman and Chef Caitlin Brady of Boca for a delicious team-up among Artistry Restaurants. Together, the menu they craft will be a celebration of fresh flavors, local ingredients, and thoughtful artistry on your plate. This is your chance to taste the talent across Park Ave, together at The Kitchen House.
Meet your Chef, Scott Copeland
Chef Scott Copeland's love for food began in his grandmother's kitchen, learning to cook traditional Greek dishes at a young age. After graduating from Baltimore Culinary College in 1991, he made his mark at California Grill, the prestigious 21 Club, La Fiamma, The Kitchen House’s very own Chef Founder’s K Restaurant and Wine Bar, and was even invited to cook at the legendary James Beard House in New York City. Now at home at The Chapman, it’s proven to be everything he hoped it would be and then some—creative, fast paced, and full of life.
Meet Your Chef, Caitlin Brady
Chef Caitlin grew up in New Jersey and knew from the age of eight that cooking would define her career. She began her culinary journey in Charleston under the mentorship of Chef Frank Lee, where she fell in love with the craft, before transitioning into hotel dining and diving deep into farm-to-table concepts. She went on to join the team of the legendary Wolfgang Puck, as well as Capa, before bringing her talents to Boca as Executive Chef.
