Meet your chef, Stephen Ullrich
Chef Stephen Ullrich brings his passion for cooking and nearly a decade of hands-on experience to the Conrad Orlando as the Director of Culinary for the property’s five dining venues. began his formal training at the French Culinary Institute while testing his skills first-hand in some of the city’s most prestigious kitchens. His experience in celebrated restaurants includes Manzanilla, Gramercy Tavern, Colicchio & Sons and Aldea. One of Ullrich’s career-defining achievements includes his time as Chef de Cuisine for MICHELIN star-rated Seasonal Restaurant and Weinbar in New York City. Going back to his roots, Ullrich returned to Miami to take the helm as Executive Chef for several well-known hotel restaurants and hospitality groups, including 1 Hotel Miami Beach, Carillion Miami Wellness Resort and James Beard Award-winning Genuine Hospitality Group.
