Meet your chef, Juan Suarez
Chef Juan Jose Suarez’s lifelong culinary passion is rooted in Puerto Rican family and flavor. Juan learned at an early age to honor the fresh ingredients around him and cook with heart—a philosophy that led him to executive positions at various well-known establishments like Christini’s Ristorante, James Beard nominated Cask & Larder, and The Ravenous Pig. He’s brought his reputation for blending classic techniques with heavy influence from his Spanish ancestry to Bull & Bear at Waldorf Astoria Orlando, cooking as a tribute to family and heritage.

This is a pre-fixe menu experience and not all allergies or dietary restrictions can be accommodated. The menu may include meat, dairy, gluten, nuts, and other common allergens. If you have any food allergies or dietary needs, please indicate them in the checkout form and we will do our best to accommodate within the limits of the set menu.
