Filming a commercial, documentary, or vlog? We offer space for your media rental needs. Our interactive space can help you promote and deliver impact where it matters most to you. Generate new customers and market your brand using our 3,500 sq. ft. Kitchen House & Culinary Garden. This space has been used for cooking demonstrations, recipe videos, and even interviews. Media equipment is not supplied.
Rental fee starts at $500 for a block of 4 hours. An added cleaning fee may apply.
A signed contract and date-hold deposit in the amount of $200 must be received to reserve your date and time.
The balance of your rental fee is due prior to your event.
If required, a copy of your Special Event Liability Insurance is due no later than ten (10) days prior to your rental date.
Checks and major credit cards are accepted.
