Carly is the author of best-selling cookbook, Simply Swapped Everyday, which is based on her philosophy of using whole, simple ingredients to provide optimal nutrition on your plate. Since starting her company in 2016, FitLiving Eats, Carly has hosted over 120 interactive cooking experiences for individuals, large groups, and corporate partners. She has been seen on Fox35 and in Well+Good, and partnered with notable brands, including Southwest Airlines, Westin Hotels, and Bloomingdales.
